About the Pub
This venue is within the redevelopment of the old BBC Media Centre at White City Place and is one of the "street food and bar" concepts increasingly popular across London. There is a long bar with various keg beers on offer; and two kitchens running simultaneously, with the food line-up changing every month. Space for 450 people, and a music programme is promised covering live acoustic sessions and resident DJ’s plus disco brunches and open mic nights. See venue website for the forthcoming music lineup, and (free) reservation may be needed for the music gigs.
The area around the venue is pedestrianised and taxi drop-off is in Dorando Close (W12 7FN).
Very close to this site at the northern end of the plaza, there is a commemorative wall to the 1908 Olympic Games, held on this very spot - it is worth a look
