About the Pub

A Modern L-Shaped Ind Coope pub built as part of an office development opening c.1965. Was selling Windmill Bitter (3.3% House bear, brewed by Trent Brewery Co) and Tetley in 1994. A major refurbishment in 2003 saw the carpet replaced by laminated flooring and the removal of the booths. The pub closed for good the following year.
