About the Pub
The pub is the sister pub to the Jolly Sailors in Pakefield. It has fine views of the Broad and a large outdoor seating area in which a separate bar servery area is often open in summer months.
Historic Interest
A report in the Ipswich Journal in May 1880 states that: An application for an extension in time of one hour was granted to Mrs Stebbings of the Commodore Inn, on the occasion of the Oulton Regatta on Whit Monday.
