NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
A nationwide lockdown is currently in place in England, and you are required by law to stay at home. Hospitality venues can still provide food takeaway and delivery services, but can only sell alcohol by delivery service.
But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.
If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub
Large former 16th Century courthouse with good views of Blyth estuary from the garden. Some original features have been retained including the beams in the bar area and an inglenook fireplace. The food menu focuses on steaks and seafood, but many other dishes are available. It should be noted that the pub is normally open all day in summer months.
Historic Interest
Imposing roadside inn with a good reputation for food. Also was once used as the local courthouse & goal. A report in the Ipswich Journal in April 1820 states that: A few days since died, Mr Eade, of the White Hart, Blythburgh. A report in the Ipswich Journal in Jan 1890 states that: An extension of one hour was granted to Mr George Milis, of the White Hart Inn, Blythburgh, on the occasion of a club dinner on the 23rd.
