About the Pub
Believed to have been an alehouse for over 400 years it is possibly the oldest pub in the area. Now a free house with guest ales. 3 rooms make up the public area with the bar area in the central room. Monday buskers night, Thursday acoustic music, Sat regulars play music, Sundays from 5. Pub has socially pro-active members - staged plays, craft evenings etc. House beer is Low Lights Ale from three Kings Brewery.
