About the Pub
Popular with both students and local businesses, this bar is offset from the busy Oxford Road corridor. One hand pump only. Bottled beers from the UK, Belgium and the USA also feature. CAMRA Branch Cider Pub of the Year for 2012/2013 and three ciders always available. A wide range of freshly cooked food is available 11-9 daily (8 Fri/Sat) and now runs a Sunday breakfast club (from 12pm) for those that may have overindulged. Regular DJ sets in the evenings entertain the mostly younger crowd. Generous 25% CAMRA discount on ales and cider at all times.
