About the Pub
Drinks menu is the normal selection to be expected from a chain restaurant, but one real ale is available. This is usually Jennings Cumberland ale but the pub also participates in the annual Table Table 'real ale festival' when a number of different ales feature.
There is an extensive menu ranging from snacks to pub classics, burgers, pastas & salads.
There is a large outside seating area to the front of the pub, although the location on the junction of two major roads is not condusive to outside dining. A smaller patio between the pub & the adjacent Premier Inn is more secluded.
The pub is well served by bus routes from Manchester City Centre, Stockport, Didsbury, Chorlton & Wythenshaw.
