About the Pub

Pub is near the centre of town near all the facilities Shifnal is noted for; takeaways, pubs and restaurants. Previously owned by Woods Brewery, The Crown is now independently owned.

It has a large room at front with a central bar up a step. This, and the lack of suitable toilets, make it unsuitable for wheelchairs. There is a large room at the back of the bar and an entrance to a suntrap lounge with a covered area, and also a side entrance from the street.

It serves constantly changing cask ales from local brewers, Enville, Salopian, Wye Valley, Backyard and Three Tuns.

Food is served in the restaurant on the upper floor.
