Premises Status

This pub is permanently closed. Closed 17 May 2016. Planning permission was granted in July 2017 to demolish both this pub and the nearby Flanagans. Enacted Summer 2021.



About the Pub

On CAMRA's London Regional Inventory of pub interiors of special historic interest for the panelled back room which has its own entrance on Havelock Terrace.

Featured in the 1967 film “Up the Junction”.

The pub's address was 135 Battersea Park Road SW8 4BX but the Royal Mail now knows better.
