About the Pub

Reopened in April 2015 after a prolonged period of closure as a cycling destination pub. The new owners worked hard to get the pub open again expelling wildlife, drying out the cellar, installing new beer lines, repairing the air conditioning and replacing the cooler. All ensuring they serve a good pint, and serving real ale is a key part of their offering. The pub also serves good value food, tea, coffee and cake. Regular themed nights and events also feature.

OPEN from 9am seven days a week but doesn't sell alcohol until 12 noon.

Cycle parking for eight bicycles at the front of the pub and a special locked area at the back for groups of cyclists.

A Cycle Workshop is open for Servicing, Repairs and quick fixes and offering a range of components and accessories.
