About the Pub

Large community pub on the edge of St Ives town built in 1962 by Steward & Patteson. The name is a reference to a popular riddle. The pub was taken over by a new tenant in 2018. There is a large main bar, a separate area which has a pool table and dart board. There is also rear bar area that can double as a function room when the kitchen is closed. Three real ales are normally available.

The pub has a large rear beer garden that has a childrens play area, and there is a paved patio with tables at the front.

The manager has plans for food truck to sell breakfasts in the pub car park. Also there are plans for a barbers to operate in the pub. The entry will be updated when details are known.
