NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
A nationwide lockdown is currently in place in England, and you are required by law to stay at home. Hospitality venues can still provide food takeaway and delivery services, but can only sell alcohol by delivery service.
But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.
If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub
Included on the Regional Inventory of historic pub interiors, this multi-roomed pub has an original 1936 floor plan. It has a ‘Gilmour’ branded door step, some original windows and distinctive and colourful exterior tiles. Available are up to five guest beers, including seasonal ales from Castle Rock. Home-cooked food is available daily.
Winner of a 2014 SIBA Best Local Award, the front snug has a local sports theme, while the lounge features live bands at weekends and a comedy club on the first Sunday of the month. Outside is an award-winning, heated, covered patio garden.
2015 saw an extension and the creation of a new function room with its own bar and toilets. In addition to hosting some of the comedy and music nights, this room is also available for hire. The pub is handy for both Owlerton and Hillsborough Stadiums and the annual Tramlines Music Festival Main Stage.
In 2018 a new bottle room was converted from kitchen, with bottles, cans, five ciders & perries in boxes. On the main bar are nine real ales, two hand pulled ciders, five craft keg beers, two wheat beers, two keg ciders, four lagers and one stout, 25 lines in total. The function room has three hand pumps and three keg lines.
