About the Pub

Nineteenth century weather-boarded pub in the middle of the countryside between Wokingham and Crowthorne. It has changed over the years being at one time a proper local's pub, a gastropub and now a new incarnation somewhere between the two providing good beer and good food. Take care if you approach through the ford in Redlake Lane from Easthampstead Road.
