About the Pub
This historic pub is directly opposite St. Mary's Church in Winkfield. It was once the parish courthouse and has many original features including a 250 year old bread oven and a friendly ghost. Known for its excellent home-cooked food (5* rated kitchen) with ingredients locally sourced, the menu is comprehensive. There is a quiz every Wednesday evening when complimentary food is available for Quiz-goers. Every Friday, fish and chips for £7 are very popular. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome at all times. Being free of tie the pub sells what the locals like including one LocAle - Rebellion IPA. The dining area may be booked for any occasion. Seating for 36 and catering for even more is not a problem. A genuine good community pub well worth a visit.
