Under this stage of the roadmap in England pubs can only open outdoor areas and many will only be open for customers who have pre-booked. Alcohol can now also be sold for takeaway, as well as delivery.

But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.

If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub

Formerly a Temperance Hotel located in the town centre, Malton's newest hostelry is a short walk from the railway station. The single-roomed bar is tastefully designed in a rustic style with one wall partially adorned with barrel staves. Three regular changing cask ales are offered together with six key-keg ales. An extensive range of bottled beers are also available. Snacks may be purchased at the bar throughout the day and takeaway meals may be brought into the pub from other sources. There are plans for future folk nights. There is a smoking/drinking area to the rear of the premises and an upstairs seating area. OPENING TIMES IN FORCE DURING CORONA VIRUS CRISIS FOR OUT SALES ONLY.
