About the Pub

Purchased by Steamin' Billy and extensively refurbished prior to opening again in December 2013. Many events are held from bands to open mic nights and a quiz on Tuesdays. See website for other events. This pub appeared in the very first edition of the Good Beer Guide in 1972. No food is served but snacks are available. POTY runner-up 2015. Rutland CAMRA Pub of the Season summer 2016.
