About the Pub

This welcoming independent bar and restaurant shares the Derby Hall with two theatres. The Malt Bar, with the use of glass, gives a complete view of the beer cellar and its small electric hoist and pulley system, and also provides an overspill at busy times for dining area. In the evening it becomes a lovely, quiet, cosy space to enjoy a pint. The Cafe does get busy at times and priority may be given to diners at lunchtime. Relaxed, safe and comfortable, this a popular choice for all. Four real ales and a wide selection of bottles.
