About the Pub

Traditional pub set back just off the A4, popular with locals and offering a friendly welcome. This is a free house offering two regular beers plus guests. Sports TV is a focus but doesn't dominate. Popular with walkers and cyclists as it offers a starting point for the Berkshire Cycle Way or Knowl Hill Bridleway. Food available lunchtimes and Weds-Sun evenings. Bus 127 from Reading (Saturday only) or 239 from Henley / Maidenhead or the 4/4A from Maidenhead.
