About the Pub

Reopened on Saturday 12th March 2011 following a fire there on Christmas Eve (2010). It is a traditional village pub, claimed to be the oldest in Plymouth (the exterior dates from the 17th century, interior late 17th or early 18th century). Beer festivals and brewery visits are planned. 4 or 5 real ales are usually available - contact the pub for more details. Food is served from 1200 - 1400 (1500 Sun), and 1800 - 2100 Weds - Sat eves.
