Totally Brewed

About the Pub

Opened in February 2018, the OverDraught is a former bank in a curved mid-20th century building and is the Brewery Tap for Totally Brewed. Large windows overlook the busy Canning Circus junctions and with the high ceiling gives a very airy feel. The bar frontage is adorned with 2p pieces, commemorating the building's former use. Seven handpumps and fourteen craft taps supply the beer. Overlooked by a balcony room. Selection of snacks such as olives, cheeses and bread available.

Historic Interest

The Overdraught is a former Nat West bank in a curving mid-20th century building circa 1960, built as part of the post-war improvements to the Radford area. Note how the building follows the line of St. Helen's Street as part of the modern gyratory system around Canning Circus which replaced the earlier and much prettier traffic roundabout in the centre of the circus. The Overdraught is located in Nottingham City Council's Gamble Street & Alfreton Road Conservation Area. [Nottingham City Council; Radford & Park Ward / Nottingham South Parliamentary Constituency]
