About the Pub

Reopened in 2014 by the Blue Monkey brewery, previously known as the Horse and Gears this is indicated by a display on the wall. A no nonsense beer drinking pub which offers a range of bar snacks to accompany the seven real ales from Blue Monkey, A range of bottled beers are also stocked, The Monkey room is adorned with film and music posters depicting monkey and ape references. An undercover smoking area is also available to the rear.
