NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever as they recover following the pandemic.

COVID restrictions are no longer a legal requirement in pubs and clubs, but please be aware that many venues will choose to keep some measures in place for the safety of customers and staff.

Opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.

If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting updates on the pub.

About the Pub

Converted to retail use 24/9/12 after closure. This interesting Victorian building stands back from the road with what may well be a coach road in front. Inside the high ceilings and glorious plasterwork gave the impression of a gentlemen’s club. Though it previously sold cask Banks’s beers in its earlier years, its final days were seen out with only keg beers being available.
