About the Pub
The 3 changing beers are drawn from the usual Star Inns list, supplemented by beers from the SIBA list.
Historic Interest
Grade II listed pub, built c1616. Infamously the site of a 'battle' between American GIs during WW2. Formerly a coaching inn, there are 4 mounting steps built into the side of the pub (usually there are only 3).
