About the Pub

This transformation from a previously under-used country pub means there's a steady stream of customers calling in to buy local produce and relax in the cafe. It previously offered a cask ale but now only offers real ale in bottles from the farm shop, and occasional draught real ciders in summer. Customers my order drinks only for consumption in the cafe.

Food is served during the day until 4.30pm (close), and 8.30 on Friday evenings. It closes in the evenings at 4.30pm except on Fridays at 8.30pm.

An extensive and unusual range of over 600 UK and foreign bottled beers and about 100 ciders are available in the shop next to the car park. It's well worth checking out the impressive selection, including many bottle conditioned ales.
