About the Club

Reopened 4 July 2020.

This listing shows the information prior to the Covid-19 lockdown on 20 March 2020. Now that restrictions have been lifted, please be aware that opening hours and pub details may not be accurate.

Please use the email link at the bottom of this listing to let the local branch know of any changes.

Formerly known as Thornfield House, it was built in 1883/4 for a Hinckley man, William Gray Farmer. It then stood well outside the village and was a hunting lodge with stabling and a groom’s cottage. More recently it became a Liberal Club and finally Stoke Golding Club. In addition to a bar, the club also has a function room for up to 100 people.
