About the Pub

The 2020 festival will be on 13 & 14 March only.

Winchester is one of the premier beer festivals of Hampshire, and is held in this Cathedral City's Guildhall - located opposite the bus station and less than 15 minutes' walk from the rail station.

Upstairs there are two halls: The main bar and stage are located in the Bapsy Hall; A second real ale bar, a KeyKeg bar, cider bar and bottled beer bar are located in the King Charles Hall. Food is served downstairs; this consists of wood fired Artisan pizzas and curries provided by Slinky Fox.

Musical entertainment for 2020 is listed on the website.

Tickets for the Saturday Afternoon session sell out fast, so buy early to avoid disappointment.

There are tutored beer tasting sessions on the Friday lunchtime session (additional charges apply).
