NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
A nationwide lockdown is currently in place in England, and you are required by law to stay at home. Hospitality venues can still provide food takeaway and delivery services, but can only sell alcohol by delivery service.
But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.
If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.
Updates
This pub is in Lockdown 3 and therefore closed. Takeaways (excluding alcoholic drinks) and deliveries are permitted but this pub did not do so under Lockdown 2. Please let us know of any updates on this.

About the Pub
In years gone by, a pub called The Six Bells stood next door to the site, and was used as the headquarters of the bell ringers from the adjacent St Thomas's Church. The building had stood as a furniture store (and later adding kitchen/houseware products) for over 170 years before being converted by Wetherspoon in 2013. There are many old photographs of Lymington and historical notes displayed around the walls. An interesting feature is the arrangement of mirrors set outside the toilets on the top floor, which have been angled to show views if the Church tower next door. The bar and food servery are located on the middle floor which is accessed via a sweeping stairway from the ground floor. There is a lift available for disabled customers. The rear of the bar floor opens onto a pleasant walled garden and covered patio area.
