NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

A nationwide lockdown is currently in place in England, and you are required by law to stay at home. Hospitality venues can still provide food takeaway and delivery services, but can only sell alcohol by delivery service.

But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.

If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

Updates

This pub is in Lockdown 3 and therefore closed. Takeaways (excluding alcoholic drinks) and deliveries are permitted but this pub did not do so under Lockdown 2. Please let us know of any updates on this.

About the Pub

Reopened as 'The Ferryman' September 2016 as a free house rather than Wadworth. Awaiting new survey, the following is the old description. Atmospheric, tastefully decorated former equine resting place 5 minutes walk from Lymington Pier station and close to the river. High quality food prepared from local produce (booking advised for meals), well kept ale and friendly, efficient staff make this pub worth the walk across Lymington Toll Bridge from town. A Cask Ale Club is offered to people who can sink 10 pints in a week in the pub. Pub games including cards and board games help you while away the hours. The outside patio is pleasant during sunny days and in the evenings the last train leaves around 22:30 to Brockenhurst.
