Premises Status

This pub is permanently closed. Closed April 2013. Pub substantially demolished ready for conversion to a house late 2018; very little will be incorporated into the new dwelling.

About the Pub

This isolated 18th century pub on the edge of the New Forest consists of the original white-painted pub with more modern extensions. It has a small public bar and a separate lounge and restaurant. The Bridge is a good starting or finishing point for heath and woodland walks.
