NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

Under this stage of the roadmap in England pubs can only open outdoor areas and many will only be open for customers who have pre-booked. Alcohol can now also be sold for takeaway, as well as delivery.

But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.

If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub

Traditional country-style pub dating from 1673 situated near the town centre. It has two bars, a low-ceilinged tap room featuring an 1880s Dartford Brewery mirror and a larger bar leading to a conservatory where meals are served Wednesday to Sunday lunchtimes and Thursday to Saturday evenings. A large beer garden leads off the conservatory. The Fastrack "B" bus stops just across the road to the rear of the garden, where barbeques are hosted in the summer. There is a thriving open quiz on Monday evenings and crib night on Tuesday. Small car park adjacent to the pub.
