Updates

The GOOD NEWS is...
WE ARE REOPENING THIS SATURDAY 4TH JULY!

We are so excited to welcome you back to The Hog and show you everything we’ve been busy working on over the past couple of months! There will be some extra rules and restrictions in place to start with, so please have a read so you can know what to expect:
OUTDOOR SEATING ONLY
We will be opening our beer garden to enjoy your drinks in, from 1-10pm Saturday and Sunday and 3-10pm Tuesday-Friday. We are temporarily expanding the seating area into the car park so all tables have plenty of space around them, and there will be space for up to 6 people at each table. We kindly ask you not to move any of the tables.
ONE-WAY SYSTEM
We will be operating a strict one-way system, with customers entering the pub through the front double doors. One customer/family will be allowed to enter at a time, order and collect their drinks from the bar and then make their way through the side door into the garden. Once in the garden you will be able to order further drinks through our convenient window serving hatch. Contactless payment is preferred.
TOILETS
Toilets can be accessed from the garden via the back door, with a one in/one out system in place. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser placed at strategic intervals, please remember to use it. Toilets will be checked and cleaned regularly, to ensure everyone’s safety.
NO RUNNING AROUND
Children (and well behaved adults!) are very welcome, but must be able to remain seated with their families. There is plenty of space in nearby woods/fields to go and run around in. Dogs are also very welcome, and must be kept on a lead at all times.
FOOD
Food will not be available quite yet as the kitchen is still under construction, but we have some very exciting and delicious announcements to make soon. Oh, the suspense!
Please help us reopen responsibly, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
