Updates

Beer garden open from 6th July.

We will therefore only have limited space to ensure social distancing. We have put more details below of what to expect. (Some details are still being finalised so may change). Our garden is not under cover so therefore weather dependant. We do have some table umbrellas available however these will not provide full coverage.

Bookings must be made on 01877 330152 prior to arrival for food reservations. You will be able to stay at your table for 2 hours after booking time to allow for clean down before next booking arrives.

Temperature checks will be in place to protect our customers and staff and if you have any symptoms we ask you not to come.

We require every group to give a name and telephone number incase of Track and Trace being required. Anyone who is not willing to provide this information will be refused entry.

We will have hand sanitiser available and ask customers to use it when entering and leaving The Lade Inn.

Orders for food and drinks will be taken outside at your table, we then ask that 1 person comes in to pay as soon as order is taken (our card machine does not work outside). We prefer cards where possible. We will not be running tabs so ask you to pay as you go. We will only be running a REDUCED Menu at this time. If you have dietary requirements please let us know.

Cutlery, napkins and sauce will be brought out with your food. Any sauces that are in ramekins are made up to order and discarded when your meal is cleared.

Toilets are available however we ask only 2 people in at a time. This is the responsibility of our customers so please check before entering.

We will be able to sell drinks, tea, coffee to take away however will not be filling water bottles at this time.

Our staff will be wearing PPE and maintaining regular hand washing throughout service.

Our kitchen will only have one member of staff to avoid cross contamination.

Regular cleaning of all surfaces, toilet checks will take place throughout service and a full clean will be done daily.

If you are planning on just coming for a drink then we will try and accommodate you however we are reserving tables for food so if we need the table we may ask you to move.

Our ale shop will be open normal hours so please feel free to pop in. We will have hand sanitiser for your use and please only 2 customers at a time. Card payments where possible.

Notice: As venues recover following the coronavirus lockdown period they need your support more than ever. But please be aware that only outside spaces will be open, opening hours may be different to those displayed here, and some venues may be yet to re-open at all. Before visiting any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment. Venues that are marked as having beer gardens are not guaranteed to be open, and some venues that don't have a beer garden may be able to open using other outside space.

If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub

On the edge of the Trossachs National Park, this pub is popular with locals and tourists alike.

The three ales are unique to the Lade.

WayLade - a good flavoured, creamy blonde bitter with a malty, fruity nose and lightly hopped after taste- (3.9% abv)

LadeBack - a rounded, slightly sweeter, refreshing amber ale that is well balanced with a hop dominated dry finish- (4.5% abv)

LadeOut - a robust and satisfying dark ale with a complex flavour of dark chocolate and liquorice that is rewarding on the palate (5.1% abv)

All food is locally sourced and served in either the bar, restaurant or beer garden. Entertainment is laid on most weekends. The Scottish Real Ale shop, adjacent to the pub, offers the largest selection of bottled ales in Scotland.

The Lade Inn runs its annual Trossachs Beer Festival from the last Friday in August to the second Sunday in September.
