About the Pub

A very busy family-run pub, close to the picturesque harbour at Cockwood, with a large beer garden with views of the estuary, and a roaring log fire for the winter. The pub is popular with drinkers and diners alike. There are usually up to three regular, and two rotating guest ales on offer. An excellent food menu is available, lunchtimes and evenings, with food prepared from local produce where possible, including a varied choice of locally caught fish. The number 2 Stagecoach bus stops about 100 metres across the bridge.
