About the Pub

Close to the High Street, this welcoming pub with an inviting atmosphere has appeared in this Guide for over 20 years. Six ales served with one always from Oakham. Good quality, home-made food is available lunchtimes and evenings, with a popular Sunday Roast, plus themed menus including curry nights. The bar service is efficient and friendly. The walls are adorned with prints and decorative plates, and a collection of tankards hang from the ceiling. Cosy and attractive courtyard garden.
