About the Pub
Large, tenement bar with two rooms that is popular with LGBT real ale drinkers. The comfortable seating consists of banquettes, leather sofas and armchairs. The cider is Westons Old Rosie. Real ales are served without sparklers on request. Bar snacks and simple meals, including good vegetarian and vegan options, are served all day. A novel slant on pub games is a gymnastic pommel horse. Children over five are permitted until 8pm but there are no special facilities for them.
