About the Pub

Lying behind the Cross Keys Hotel off the main square this pub, formerly the Red Lion, boasts interesting interior features which have been enhanced by a programme of redecoration in 2017. There are three rooms, the main room having a fine wood and plastered vaulted ceiling, wooden panelling and mosaic flooring, whilst the other two rooms display striking wall coverings. Brewery mirrors adorn the walls and are also featured inlaid into the bar gantry. The provision of food will be the next phase of development. Children are not admitted.
