About the Pub
Opened Dec 7th 2017 in a converted shop, which had been a newsagents for many years. Four regularly changing ales, mainly from Yorkshire, and often including beers from local brewery Wold Top, and at least three ciders. Always has a gluten free beer available. Acoustic music sessions on Thursdays. The pub can accommodate up to fifty people, it is popular with travelling football fans en route to matches in Scunthorpe or Hull. Interesting open brickwork and exposed ceiling beams make for a cosy atmosphere.
