Reopening on Saturday 4th July with the same opening times as before. They are hoping to extend the opening times to start at 12:00 noon in the near future (if demand is there). Social distancing in force but they are not insisting on booking. Drinks only at the moment. Entrance through back door, exit through front door. Further details on Verdin Arms facebook page.

About the Pub
Welcoming atmosphere at this reopened free house (10th December 2016) after a total refurbishment, inside and out. Own brand beeers under the name "Verdy" consisting of 'Lager', 'Cask bitter', 'Keg bitter', and 'Cider' (hand drawn). The three changing beers are from a wide range of brewers. Board games available, located in the Pool Room. Sunday Roast now served 12-3.
Historic Interest
Originally called the Plough Inn, on the turnpike from Nantwich to Congleton via Middlewich. Bought by Robinson's Brewery in 1947. Sold in 2016. Now a free house.
