About the Pub
Inside, the pub has been opened up somewhat but retains three distinct sections. Exposed beams abound. The pubby bit is round the bar and the area to the right of it. Here you can drink with or without food. To the left, through the former fireplace (mind your head) is the first dining area. From here, to the rear, is a large conservatory also for dining.
Its house beer, Badger's Nadgers, is brewed for Cambscuisine by Papworth brewery. Its three other cask ales primarily come from breweries in or near East Anglia. One of their keg beers is OTT from BrewBoard.
Since late June 2022 the Royal Oak has become part of the Cambscuisine group.
