NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
A nationwide lockdown is currently in place in England, and you are required by law to stay at home. Hospitality venues can still provide food takeaway and delivery services, but can only sell alcohol by delivery service.
But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.
If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub
REMAINED CLOSED FOLLOWING RELAXATION OF COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. IN MID-OCTOBER, IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE BRICK BOX HAS BEEN CLOSED PERMANENTLY DUE TO DIFFICULTIES IN IMPLEMENTING COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. A SAD LOSS.
Comfortable, relaxed town centre bar with an arty, bohemian feel. Part of "The Brick Box" national arts organisation and community interest group, The Brick Box Rooms is an arts bar and venue in Ivegate, the oldest street in Bradford city centre. Formerly a butchers and pie shop, it’s now a place where you can see exhibitions and events, as well as calling in for a quiet drink or even a dance when the mood takes you. The interior of the single room has an eclectic style with much recycling and upcycling evident. Even the bar is made from reclaimed timber. The two hand-pulls serve a varying range of real ales with one usually being from local brewery and the other from a Yorkshire/regional brewery. There are monthly arts exhibitions and the art on the walls is offered for sale. Outside of its normal opening hours, there is a monthly "Listening Hour" usually on the 1st or 2nd Sunday of the month. Live bands play on the last Wednesday of the month. The whole bar can be hired for functions or events.
