Historic Interest

Last recorded Licensing Change 31/10/09, Landlord and then owner Frank Smith. In 1982 it was selling Greenall Whitley Bitter (E) and had Bulmers Cider available (H), historical address also given as 339 rather than 231? In the programme for the 1992 Great North Western Beer Festival it was listed as being called Magees and selling Greenall Whitley Mild and Bitter. Closure date was in 2010.
