NOTICE: Venues need your support more than ever during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
A nationwide lockdown is currently in place in England, and you are required by law to stay at home. Hospitality venues can still provide food takeaway and delivery services, but can only sell alcohol by delivery service.
But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.
If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub
A grand local landmark, near University of Bolton stadium, Rivington Park and West Pennine Moors. Lever Park across the road was a gift from Lord Leverhulme, the soap magnate and great benefactor to his home town. Regular winner of Horwich in Bloom, Darts and Dominoes teams play on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in vault and games areas. Various artists provide entertainment on Saturday and Sunday evenings. A free to enter Smartphone Quiz is held every Wednesday from 7.30pm with a bar vouchers for the winner! The bar supports fourteen handpumps- serving eight different beers- four Holt beers and four guests. The Crown is one of the few Holt's Pubs serving not only a range of their own beers including the hard-to-find mild, but also beers from other breweries. These may include one from from Blackedge, the award-winning brewery just down the road in Horwich, and at least two others often from other local micros. Winner Bolton CAMRA Spring Pub of the Season 2016.
