But please be aware that opening hours and services may be different to those displayed here. Before visiting or ordering from any venue, we strongly advise you to check its website or social media, or get in touch with them first to avoid disappointment.
If you see any details here that need updating, please let us know by submitting feedback on the pub.

About the Pub
A perennial gem with the only Heritage Pub Interior in Berkshire. Its name refers to bells which were part of the coat of arms of the traditional landowners. The large open garden and excellent beer attracts walkers and drinkers from far and wide. The pub is well known for its hot soups and filled rolls, ploughman's platters and hot puddings. Filled rolls are served until 9.00 pm. "Old Tyler" is the unique house beer and Tutts Clump, Lilley's and Red Dog craft ciders are always available.
A long-standing GBG entry and a former National (1990), Regional and Branch CAMRA Pub of the Year. 2019 CAMRA National Pub of the Year.
