About the Pub

Situated in a beautiful village on the banks of the River Luce, this picturesque hotel has well-kept gardens by the river. The public bar offers one real ale all year round, two in summer, sourced from all over the UK. Home-cooked, freshly-prepared food is served in the evenings. This is a popular stopping-off point for walkers on the Southern Upland Way and the hotel offers a luggage transfer service. Restricted opening hours at present.
